1. Two (2) copies of each program title submitted. All entries must be on DVD.
2. A printed copy of your completed entry form that will be included in your confirmation email once the application is complete.
3. Digital image of show.
4. Total entry fee.

Daily or weekly series
Please enter two (2) copies each of three (3) episodes per program submission.

Public Service Spots and Interstitial Mini-programs
Single or multiple spots on a 10-minute DVD must have 15-second interval between spots.
Please include at least two (2) copies each of three (3) spots from a series.

Television shows MUST air in the United States.

General Criteria include excellent production values, universal human values, appeal to children, age appropriateness.

The Parents' Choice Awards committees look for products that entertain and teach with flair, stimulate imagination and inspire creativity. Judges are interested in how a product helps a child grow in many ways: socially, intellectually, emotionally, ethically, and physically. Products must be free of racial or gender bias. Above all, products must not extol violence. Parents' Choice does not evaluate curriculum.

Please Note: Specific results of product evaluations will not be released.

Products submitted to the Parents' Choice Awards program will not be returned. Submission fees will not be refunded.
