Parents’ Choice Awards Entry Process
Parents’ Choice will send formal “Call for Entries” via email to
subscribers. If you are not presently receiving a “Call for Entries” email notification,
click here to join our Call for Entries mailing list.Parents’ Choice Awards Notification Process
Notices confirming receipt of package, as well as the
outcome of the submission, will be sent via email to the
award notification contact listed on the entry form. Parents’
Choice Award certificates will be mailed within three
weeks to the “Award Notification Contact”
indicated on the entry form.
Entry forms are only available when a category's Call for Entries is open. All forms are available in interactive Adobe PDF format.
