Review:
Henry and his sister Wizzie are eagerly awaiting Cousin Newton's visit. There's just one problem: Newton won't take off his hat, no matter what. While Henry is less than sympathetic toward his insecure little cousin, Wizzie understands, as we do, that Newton just needs some time and understanding. This new picture book by Holly Keller is a gentle reminder that sometimes children need a little comfort in new situations, and that reaching out to others often comes back to us in unexpected ways. Keller's watercolor and line rabbit illustrations manage to be both sly and endearing.
