Review:
If you want to introduce your children or students to classical music but are not sure where to begin, the Classical Kids series of recordings from The Children's Group is a good place to start. Even those who are not yet acquainted with Mozart will likely recognize some of his most familiar works, including the sweeping "Serenade No.13 in G major," (played by Jeno Jando) on "Piano Sonata in C Major/Sonata Facile," and an excerpt from "Symphony No. 40 in G minor". And children will immediately recognize "Ah, vous dirai-je, maman" as a variation on the melody of "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star."

Each track is under four minutes long - just the right amount of time for peaking the interest of younger listeners ages 4 through twelve. The accompanying booklet includes some fun facts about the artist, giving children an introduction to the grand music of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.
