Review:
In this game of territorial acquisition, the winner is the one whose playing pieces cover the largest area of the board at the end of the game. Each player starts with 22 pieces of a single color. Each piece has a different shape, formed by every possible configuration of from one to six triangles. The board is a hexagon subdivided into triangles, and the first piece each person plays must cover one of the designated starting areas. On subsequent turns each new piece must touch at least one other piece of the same color, but only at the points; there must be no contact along the sides. When no more pieces can be placed, each player totals the number of triangles on his un-played pieces, and the one with the fewest triangles left is the winner. The well-illustrated rules include helpful strategy tips. Although the game is designed for two to four players, our testers found it best with four.
