FETCH! with Ruff Ruffman

Review:
Fetch is a game show like no other. It's fast-paced, colorful, energetic, funny, educational, targeted at kids, and, oh yeah, hosted by a good-naturedly egotistical animated dog named Ruff Ruffman. Ruff puts six kids - they're live-action, and watch Ruff on a TV monitor - through a series of tests, quizzes and tasks, all with points at stake. In one episode, a boy hangs out with baseball players, learning about the science and mechanics involved in pitching, while several other kids head off to design outfits for -- what else? -- dogs. The mix of animation, live-action sequences and zippy music makes it all move along quickly, and Ruff is pretty funny for a chunky dog who thinks very, very highly of himself. A strange oversight: for all the lessons in Ruff, there's an animated bit in an episode that involves Ruff showing off his schedule. It says "Helgas Birthday Party." Yes, it's technically a science show, but proper punctuation is just as important.
