Review:
Dig is a fun and educational archaeology magazine for nine to fourteen year olds. Each issue focuses on one theme, providing a broad understanding of the topic, while letting kids share in the thrill of recent archaeological discoveries and developments. The reader is able to learn about the cultural, scientific, and architectural traits and beliefs of different societies. Colorful graphics, photos, puzzles, games, and hands-on projects enhance cognitive and critical thinking skills. A complementary website adds to the depth of each issue.
