We loved the first Quadrilla partly because the marbles made lovely sounds as they rolled down the wooden tracks. This latest set turns the serendipitous sound into the centerpiece of play. The easy-to-follow instruction booklet includes several detailed photographs to help children construct a variety of marble runs that make sounds when the marbles drop onto them. There are 5 sound blocks included and how the child arranges the marble run determines the melody. The durability of the wooden pieces (colored and natural) is sure to make this set enjoyed for years to come.
