Project Learning Tree Presents: Billy B Sings
Fall 2009 MusicReview:
What is a tree? How does it grow? Children's music artist Billy B. Brennan serves as a musical guide through the life cycle, anatomy, beauty and usefulness of trees. Tuneful songs deftly impart real information. Subjects: photosynthesis, tree pollination, flowers, seeds and seedlings; bark and roots, fruits, nuts and maple syrup-and the ways that a dead tree enriches the earth and provides a home for countless living things. This is a mix of re-released and new songs. Project Learning Tree, an educational program of the American Forest Foundation, inspired many of them.
