FETCH! with Ruff Ruffman

FETCH! with Ruff Ruffman

Spring 2010 Television
Ages: 6 - 10 yrs.
Network: PBS
Review:
Fetch! With Ruff Ruffman is a PBS show featuring an animated dog named Ruff Ruffman, who is host of his own game show. He invites six real (live action) kids to compete in a variety of tasks in each episode.

We follow them through the season, as they rack up points by working out a math or science problem, completing a community task or by taking quizzes on what the other kids are doing out in the field.

Ruff is assisted by Blossom the cat, a mouse named Chet, and a few other animated characters. Part game show, part cartoon, Fetch! With Ruff Ruffman moves along at a fast pace. It's fun to watch the real kids take on real challenges and win real prizes, all while the show maintains a good sense of humor.
