Singer-songwriter Liz Buchanan knows rhythm, and with a voice notable for its expansive warmth, she performs lively, tuneful songs that invite hand-clapping and sing-along participation. A clever rendition of "The Three Little Pigs ("The Three Piggy Opera"), a deft interweaving of multisyllabic dinosaur names ("Dinosaur Valentine") and a nature-celebrating "Bug Ramble" are just a few highlights in this playful and often tender album.
