Turtle Magazine for Preschool KidsSpring 2011 Magazines
Turtle is a bimonthly offering for children aged three to five and their parents. It is the first title in U.S. Kids' series of three age-specific titles. Sections include Fun to Read, Fun to See, and Fun to Do. Parents will lead the short read-aloud stories like "Ted, Ed, Caroll, and the Trampoline" to their budding page turners, who can follow along with the sweet illustrations. Doctor Cory, another Fun to Read feature, is a parent-oriented Q&A with helpful health and other advice. Children inspired to contribute to Turtle can send in pictures with pets to "Turtle's Pet Show" and drawings to "Turtle's Art Show", both of which are Fun to See regular features. Fun To Do activities and recipes require adult help and supervision, but all involved will enjoy end results like strawberry pie and watermelon treats.
