Healthy Gourmet Pita Pocket Lunch

Our boys love to play in their toy kitchen, with food and utensils, and this toy was an healthy addition to their collection of pretend food. Unlike most toys, it is not made of plastic. The pita and cheese are made with felt, in an effort to favor safe materials over durability. The other wooden food pieces have held up nicely.
One attractive quality of this toy is that it does provide an opportunity to discuss healthier eating options. Overall, I think the pita pocket toy is a great idea. It would be ideal if our boys found healthier stuff fun, and the boys are using pieces from the pita set in other make-believe culinary creations. The price and packaging were appropriate and it is visually appealing.
