Review:

Alpha Tots is a talking alphabet book. Readers choose a letter, then the narrator says the name of the letter and its pronunciation, followed by a sentence that uses a word that starts with the letter. For each letter there is a very simple activity (3-10 seconds long) which generally cannot be done incorrectly. Very young children will enjoy the activities but may well miss the connection between the letter and the use of it in its example word. The application has a sweet, mild sense of humor that primary school children will appreciate. Like a printed alphabet book, the application will be most useful as an educational tool if the parent participates alongside the child and gauges the child's comprehension.
