Review:

When Justin loses his favorite hat, the one his grandmother made for him, he has two choices: Find it himself before his Grandmother arrives this weekend, or go ask Mr. Rumkowsky - the guardian of the Lost and Found, the keeper of the left-behind, the cataloguer of the disappeared. And e-v-e-r-y-o-n-e is afraid of Mr. Rumkowsky.

Fans of Bill Harley (and there are many) will immediately assign his voice and expressions to Justin as they turn the pages of his latest picture book. Adam Gustavson's illustrations are spot on, especially on the double-spread of Justin in the enormous Lost and Found box "I went back and looked through more stuff. The things I found were getting weirder and weirder." A taxidermy skunk with eagle wings, Pipi's long stockings, and a camo patterned tutu on a drycleaner's hanger are exactly what you'd expect Bill Harley (uh Justin) to find.

"But still no hat."
