Review:

Herve Tullet's New York Times Bestseller, "Press Here," is now a fascinating and visually stimulating game for children of nearly all ages. Two to six players (ages 3+) take turns completing a variety of colorful sequences with red, blue and yellow tokens. The game includes: twenty-five double-sided game boards, ninety colored tokens (thirty red, thirty blue and thirty yellow), illustrated instructions and a cloth storage bag. All players must agree with each token placed on the board; if a player cannot successfully defend his/her choice, the token must be removed. The player who completes the pattern "wins" the card; and, the player to "win" six cards first, wins the game.

The game is simple enough that young children can play, but entertaining and complex enough that older players will want to join them. As the mother of children ranging in ages three to thirteen, I was most excited about the manner in which this game encouraged all of my children to play together - no easy feat to be sure. The endless combinations of sequences as well as multiple levels of play provide long-term play value and hones visual logic and verbal communication skills.
