Drive About: Number Neighborhood offers a carefully designed variety of nine different activities for preschool and kindergarten math practice. The activities are represented by cheerful icons on a welcoming road map include Catch-a-Sea Pickle: finding a designated number in a changing pop-up display of sea pickles; Whale Feeding: using a sling shot to feed a whale a specific number of cabbages; Cloud Writing: tracing numbers in the sky; Construction Blocks: stacking blocks of windows in numerical order to turn on the lights, and See-Saw: balancing animals on a see-saw with equal sums. Other neighborhood drive in spots offer the Space Vacuum game that counts objects as they are sucked up, an interesting twist on paint-by-number artwork, a bakery where cookies need to be decorated with frosting and sprinkles, and Snowboard Slalom where players guide a yak through the proper numerical order of race course flags.

Young players thoroughly enjoyed learning to recognize, order, and put numbers to use. Parents applauded the learning and the on/off switch for the music. More than one furtively directed return play to the alluring sea pickles.
