Review:

Casey Anderson is a fifth-generation Montana wildlife expert who likes to get as close as he can to animals in the wild. He and his camera crew travel to remote locations, particularly in the American northwest seeking out the rare, the amazing, the unusual.

Anderson's fearless personality makes for fun TV viewing, taking us right along as he goes in search of polar bears or grizzly bears or black bears. Oh my.

In one episode of his show, he went to Kodiak Island, to see the biggest gathering of brown bears, which are also the largest bears in the world. In another, he took viewers to the desolate Arctic Circle in search of polar bears. It was an eerie trip.

Anderson makes the treks informative and compelling, while also instilling a sense of wonder and respect for the animals.
