Review:

The Curious George app "Curious About Shapes and Colors" invites his preschool-aged fans to play half a dozen different games and activities as they help clean up the toys in George's room. The activities are wide-ranging, from (seemingly) very simple shape sorts appropriate for a toddler to a challenging Simon-like game matching the sound sequences of a toy train and driving a car around obstacles. A fun cardboard-and-block castle lets kids build and then practice their aim shooting suction-cup arrows at bananas suspended from balloons, in an experience that also demonstrates some simple projectile physics. Our young testers were especially delighted to discover that the shapes, first simple, then more complex, can be used to build toys that work, and play.
