Cat is stuck in a tree and needs help getting back to Peg! Join the well-loved PBS duo in over fifty levels on ten beautifully illustrated worlds. The app, which is designed for children aged three to six, teaches a variety of spatial relations skills including bigger/smaller, higher/lower, longer/shorter, and across/down, as well as early math competency. Children use different tools in each world to help Cat get to Peg. In the Bamboo Jungle, players use bamboo stalks to create bridges; on the Purple Planet, they stack meteors; and in the Backyard, they use differently shaped and sized boxes. In each world and on each level, children use the tools provided to create pathways for Cat. Sometimes, he needs steps while other times he needs straight horizontal paths, and so forth. By varying both the type of structure needed and the tools available to create it, the app teaches children creative problem-solving.

Additionally, there are multiple ways to solve each challenge. This not only encourages creativity, but increases long-term play value, because children can play the same level multiple times with different solutions.

Happily, the app collects only anonymous analytical data to monitor app performance; no personally identifiable data is collected. And, there are third-party ads or in-app purchases to distract children (or parents) from gameplay.
