Humpty Dumpty MagazineSpring 2017 Magazines
There's a reason Humpty Dumpty has been around for more than 60 years. In addition to poems, short fiction and non-fiction pieces, it consistently offers engaging participatory opportunities for early readers and early learners. With recurring features divided among three categories-"Read," "See," and "Do"-children are encouraged to share drawings (both original and familiar TV and movie cartoon characters), color black-and-white comics pages featuring Humpty Dumpty and friends, try out simple recipes, and engage in paper crafts and physical activities. An annual themed art contest gives budding artists the chance to make the magazine's cover and earn a monetary award for their school's art program.
