Where the Wild Things Are Puzzle Maze Game
1999 ToysReview:
This highly original game uses neither a game board or cards. Playing pieces are pathway segments, some of which include characters from the well-known Sendak book. The winner is the first to complete a pathway of connected streams, paths and vines. But L-shaped pieces and "stoppers"
can block an opponent, and a crossover or "King of all Wild Things" piece can overcome the barrier, so players must plan ahead. Three game variations include a practice game and a domino game. Those who liked the book best enjoyed the game the most.
